- Facilitate access to improved social services and resources through impact-oriented real estate development, such as mixed-income Affordable Housing
- Strategically partner with local community-based organizations to maximize impact
- Minimize environmental impact through green design, materials, and energy sources
- Create economic value for residents of the communities we invest into through job opportunities with zip-code based recruiting
- Give preference to diverse candidates (people of color & women) and candidates with non-violent cannabis-related offenses during hiring processes
- Intentionally prioritize doing business with Minority or Women Owned Businesses
- Donate to local non-profits and match qualified employee donations
- Organize and host annual public charity event
- Promote Employee Volunteer Days in partnership with selected organizations
- Create Grimm City Investors / High Life Luxury Cannabis Scholarship and Mentorship Programs to increase minority participation in real estate and cannabis
- Highlight the negative impacts of discriminatory housing policies and the War on Drugs on urban minority communities, as well as the need for affordable housing and economic development in the communities impacted
- Strategically partner with cannabis reform and social equity organizations
